Itility CRM is always user led, and customised to the users own requirements. Unless directed otherwise, the Itility CRM will be delivered as a familiar interface to any person who is used to operating Windows-based office applications and or Internet Browsers. As a result our solutions are widely renowned for being straightforward, simplistic and ultimately user friendly.

Despite all of this it is imperative that users, grasp their CRM and its functionality fully in order for it to be accepted and to ensure that the users and the business benefits from its true value.

Naturally training can be tailored to mirror the needs and values of your business, but typically Itility will initially train the key personnel in your organisation face to face; training will include all aspects involved in both the use of and administration of the solution.

All training is included in the initial set-up fee.
