Pre-Sales
This is to establish the client’s initial requirements for a solution and what Itility can do to meet those requirements. From this meeting Itility will generate this proposal document giving an outline of the proposed solution and an indicative cost.
Proposal
This document covers the proposed solution, the team members who will manage the project, an overview of the approach and process for the successful completion of the project and associated costs and timings. It will hopefully, also help you to develop an understanding about the way we work, and most importantly the way we deliver solutions. Additionally the document covers the level of ongoing support and maintenance that you will receive as part of the service. Any specific dates allocated for development work are provisionally blocked off by Itility and the client has 14 days to accept the proposal before these days are released. Acceptance by the client of the proposal document and subsequent signing of the document enables us to move on to the next phase.
Engagement
Discovery – During the discovery process Itility and the client will meet and drill down in to the specifics of the required solution e.g. exactly what fields would the client require in the CRM solution. It is anticipated that this process would take 1-2 days. Itility will produce a document known as the SRS (Solution Recognition Specification) document which details the full specification of the solution and exact pricing and timescales. If it transpires from the discovery process that there is more work required to deliver the finished the solution as was initially discussed, Itility can adjust the pricing from the proposal accordingly. Itility and the client agree on the final specification and the sign off this document enables us to move to the next phase.
Definition – Itility will produce a content taxonomy detailing the content of the CRM in detail and will also produce wire-frames and visual designs of the solution. A wire-frame is a visual representation of the CRM enabling the client to see what they will actually look like. This stage is also agreed and signed off by both parties.
Implementation
Once the definition is agreed and signed off we will build and test the CRM to the specification agreed previously. Once the solution has been built and tested by Itility we will then deliver the solution to the client and train the end users on their Itility CRM and the use of the assosciated functions.
Go Live
Once the training has been completed, the client goes live with the solution. As standard client then has one week to raise any issues they have with the solution or any change in the requirements that transpire from using the solution in its proper environment. Following this period the client is a full Itility CRM client and has the full use of our support team and is free to evelove there CRM over time to meet their evolving business needs.
