Our focus is very much on ensuring we deliver above and beyond our customers expectations, and developing a relationship over time.
We are not a software vendor who will disappear for 12 months only to reappear when it’s time to bill you for your new licences!! We are very much committed to our prospective and existing customers, we do not spend thousands on national marketing campaigns, instead putting money back into the business processes and developing our new business through word of mouth.
We can only expect this to take place if we have happy customers and it’s down to us to make that happen.
To date Itility have not had a single CRM client end their relationship.
